1. Log into Windows on your corporate laptop.

   • ​(Either connect to your phone hotspot first; or turn off your wifi and use DUO offline code.) 

2. Now connect your laptop to the hotel wifi

3. Once you’re connected to the wifi, open a browser window and go to a common website (other than Google), like https://hilton.com (any hotel webpage) 

4. The browser should automatically redirect you to your hotel wifi’s T&C page to accept conditions and click “OK” or “Accept”  

5. Now you should be connected to internet. ​

6. If you’ve completed all these steps, lastly, click on the WIFI icon and ensure that the VPN (AOVPN) connections are connected, and if not, click on the Connect button.  This will allow your laptop to connect to email and internal servers.
